What should I do if I need consent for an employee reference?

Emails requesting a reference are secure, and contain a reference code that is specific to your employee. Once submitted, your reference will be displayed on your employee’s MyRentalCV. If you do need consent before providing a reference, please contact your employee directly. Please feel free to do this via the email included in their reference request.
