What should I do if I need consent for a tenant reference?

Emails requesting a reference are secure, and contain a reference code that is specific to your tenant. Once submitted, your reference will be displayed on your tenant’s MyRentalCV. If you do need consent before providing a reference, please contact your tenant directly via the email included in their reference request.
